Right behind her big smile you will find a personable, high energy, well seasoned & loyal real estate consultant.  Kerrigan is a native Idahoan and has a passion for her beloved Treasure Valley which she has called home for more than two decades.  In 2014, she hired a tremendous addition to her team and now her and Trayci pride themselves in supporting their very desirable pocket of Idaho!

It’s the simple things that Kerrigan loves most:  watching her daughter play competitive soccer, cheerly loudly for her favorite football teams (BSU Broncos & Kansas City Chiefs), rescuing elderly dogs, fly fishing on her nearby rivers, volunteering at her daughter’s school, supporting local business or taking in a Cabo San Lucas sunset.  “Love where you live, Live where you love”, is her motto and she embraces it fully.

At 20 years old, Kerrigan took a position at Boise Magazine, selling advertisement space for twenty five dollars a sale. It didn’t take her long for her to realize that public relations and positive community involvement in her community was her passion.  She decided real estate was a good fit and became licensed in 2001 and has been awarded Top Producer since 2003 and has sold over 1400 properties.

As an investor in the Boise market herself with over 13 doors, she has seen the market take its ups and downs and still believes in her heart this place is the place to be!

Recently, she was recognized as a Re/Max Pacific NW Region Highest Commissioned Earned Recipient, Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame Recipient. With over $17 million in sales in 2018 and $16 million in 2019 she strives to continue to keep her clients satisfied while showing them what truly living in Boise is all about!

In today’s unbelievably busy bustle, Kerrigan is getting sellers the results they desire and helping buyers find their dream homes.  Diverse in helping families relocate, mentoring first time homebuyers through the purchasing process, & assisting investors purchase income property for their portfolios she is ready for all of it!  Also, she is a Certified Military Residential Specialist and has a special spot in her heart for all that serve her country.

Licensed in the Magic Valley in 2003 as an assistant to the broker/developer, I got a taste of the real estate thrill, and custom home building. Enjoying my real estate tenure in Twin Falls for several years, I became family with my associates, found a love for the industry and watching bare ground turn into someone’s dream home. With life comes chances, changes and choices; I grasped onto all three and followed my heart to Boise in 2012!! I was asked to work alongside an experienced and established consultant, Kerrigan Kalange, and we have created the dream team.

When I’m not home being a domestic goddess (wink) to my family, or watching my boys on the football field or wrestling mat, you can catch me being “outdoorsy” on a patio downtown with a cocktail in hand, or falling down the slopes at Tamarack. I love to laugh and am wild about interior decorating / up-cycled furniture/ cooking, concerts, shopping, and anything fun my friends and family can enjoy together.
